Youth Activity Center Support

Each summer, the Los Alamos Family Council Youth Activity Centers offer field trips during the break. These supervised field trips range from local activities, such as Bandelier and the Aquatic Center, to out of town trips to the ABQ Biopark, Cliff's Amusement Park, and more! These field trips often incur additional expenses. To keep these trips affordable to the participating youth, we request your assistance.

Additionally, the LAFC Youth Activity Centers provide food assistance year round to numerous students. Families who are registered with WIC, SNAP, EBT, or other state financial assistance programs, receive a limited amount of complementary food from the snack bar for their enrolled child. This assistance is limited to non-candy and youth cannot order sodas or sweets with this support.
