Dance Arts Los Alamos

Dance Arts Los Alamos is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that is dedicated to promoting dance in Los Alamos, White Rock, and Northern New Mexico by providing safe, professional, progressive dance instruction and quality performances. DALA offers Ballet, Pointe, Jazz, Tap, Hip Hop, Modern, Contemporary, Flamenco, Conditioning, Scottish Highland, and more! Dance offers life lessons like leadership, creative thinking and interpretation, teamwork, problem solving, discipline, goal setting, respect, and so much more. Dance arts shape individuals to make a difference!

DALA's program is set apart in Northern New Mexico by it's quality instructors, performances, and programming. All of our instructors follow a progressive curriculum designed by the Artistic Director to focus on the fundamentals of each dance technique. Repetitive instruction, vocabulary drills, attention to detail, and mentoring programs are in place to create a program that will enhance each student's growing years. DALA offers up to 10 performance opportunities per year for our students to demonstrate their achievements and practice professionalism. Teamwork, confidence, creative problem solving, and leadership are all qualities your dancer will come to know. These ideals are the foundations for success in any future endeavor they may choose.
